Physical Fitness

Physical education is key to keeping our bodies healthy—after all, they’re temples of the Holy Spirit. In elementary, students get a fun introduction to staying active with weekly PE classes that teach basic skills and values like teamwork. As they move into middle school, PE sessions increase to two to three times a week, helping students build their fitness and prepare for more structured activities.
